Brand kits

Client logos and colours in one place, applied everywhere the client sees your work.

Where this lives. Sign in and open /brand-kits in the app.

What it does

Brand Kits, one of the modules inside the main Campaign Cloud application (the name the app shows in its own sidebar), lists the voice, signature, and compliance footer a workspace has defined, described in the app as being applied "consistently across every campaign and AI draft." Each row shows the kit's Brand kit name, whether it's the Default, a short preview of its Voice, and whether it has a Signature and a Compliance footer set, plus when it last changed.

As shipped, this page is read-only. Clicking a row opens a drawer showing the same six fields again. There's no button on this page to create a kit, edit one, delete one, or choose which is the default.

A kit's underlying record holds more than the table shows: a name, a voice description, a full HTML signature, a set of colours, a logo, a compliance footer, and a flag for whether it's the workspace default. None of that extra detail (the logo, the colours, the actual signature or footer text) is visible or editable from this page; only the six summary columns and the drawer's mirror of them are.

Before you start

Nothing to configure here today. If your workspace already has brand kits, they'll list here; if it doesn't, you'll see an empty state.

Set it up, step by step

  1. Open Brand Kits to see every kit defined for your workspace, searchable by name or voice.
  2. Click a row to open its details in a drawer: name, default status, voice, whether it has a signature and a compliance footer, and when it was last updated.
  3. Note the record's id shown at the bottom of the drawer if you need to reference it elsewhere, such as when asking support about a specific kit.

There is currently no step for creating a new kit, changing a logo, setting an accent colour, writing the signature or compliance footer text, or marking a kit as the default. None of those controls exist on this page, even though the underlying record supports a logo, a colour, full signature HTML, and a compliance footer, and an invoice can reference a kit by its id.

What you should see

A workspace with kits already defined shows a table sorted with the columns above. A workspace with none shows "No brand kits yet" and the note that a kit is meant to hold "voice, signatures, and the legally required compliance footer once — every send and AI draft inherits them."

Common problems

If you expected to add or edit a brand kit here and can't find the control, that's not a bug you're missing. The page genuinely doesn't offer it today. The only kits that currently exist were set up outside this screen. If you need a new one or a change to an existing one, ask support rather than looking for a hidden button.

Where does a brand kit apply?

Wherever a client or their staff see the product: the mail door, the client portal and the documents and invoices you send them.

Brand kits are applied for you rather than created in the app. There is no create or edit screen for a kit in the current release: the platform applies the kit attached to your workspace, and the Brand Kits list shows what is in force. Ask support to add or change one.
